What is self-portrait?

“Self-portrait” is taking selfies with professional studio setup. Think of it as a photo booth but better. With simple clicks of a button, you create sleek, editorial-quality photos all by yourself.
No, you don’t! Self-portrait is for anyone and everyone. We have everything already set up and ready to go. You don’t need to worry about camera or light settings. You simply step into the studio room, see a live view of yourself on big screens, and use a wireless clicker to shoot. That’s it!
Do I need to have photography experience to use the studio?

What makes you different?

MOMENTO is the only self-portrait studio that flips the camera view so that you don’t look weird on the screen. It'll just be like looking into a mirror - familiar and comfortable. And our full-body studio allows you to move the camera cart and adjust camera angle, giving you a lot of freedom for creativity. We also offer high quality prints as large as 8×10.
How should I prepare for my session?

To get the most out of your session, we recommend collecting inspo photos or making a mood board, bringing additional outfits and accessories, curating a playlist to play on our speaker, bringing your own props to add a personal touch to your portraits.
Do you have props?

Yes! We provide a lot of fun props, glasses, hats, flowers, faux cakes, toys, balloons, cute chairs and stools, ... and we are constantly adding new ones! Check the prop list on our Instagram page for more details.
Can I bring my pet?

Every Sunday is our pet-friendly day, so make sure to book one of our Sunday slots if you are bringing your pet and please let us know about the pet type/breed in the note section when you book. If none of the Sunday times work for you and your pet, please contact us and we’ll see how we can accommodate!
How many photos can I take?

You can take unlimited photos within the session time. We send you all the original files (JPEG format) right after your session through Google Drive.
Do you offer printing and framing services?

We offer printing services. You can purchase physical prints as add-ons at the studio. We also offer photo retouching services. We currently don’t carry frames.
How many people can I bring to the photoshoot?

There’s no limit to the group size, but for best experience, we recommend no more than 10 people for the full-body room and no more than 4 people for the headshot room. All portrait sessions include 2 people by default. We charge an additional $20 per any additional member beyond 2. You can pay any additional member fee or pet fee in-person at the studio after the session.
Do you take walk-ins?

We are currently appointment-only. Please book a session in advance so that we can better prepare the studio for you.
