Payment:

Payment can be made in person at the studio. We require a card on file at the time of booking. No-shows and cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to the scheduled time will be charged a cancellation fee on the card on file (30% of the full service price).

Cancellation Policy:

• No cancellation fee for cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled date.

• A cancellation fee (30% of service price) will be charged for no-shows or cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled date.

• To reschedule your session, we need at least 24 hours' notice. Less than 24 hours' notice will result in a cancellation fee.

Rental Time:

Your session begins at the scheduled time, not upon arrival. We kindly ask you to arrive at least 5 minutes early. If you don’t arrive within 15 minutes from the scheduled start time, you will be marked as no-show and your session will be canceled without a refund. The studio must be cleaned and vacated by the end of your session. Sessions will conclude at the scheduled finish time.

Safety:

Our studio uses professional photography equipment, including camera, lighting and monitors. Please follow all safety guidelines provided by our staff to ensure everyone's safety. Refrain from unplugging power cords to avoid malfunctions. Violations may incur penalties.

Backdrop Damage:

Please treat our backdrops with care. Any damage to the backdrops during your session will result in additional charges. The cost is $15 per foot of length from the bottom edge of the backdrop.

Prohibited Items:

• No alcohol or smoking is allowed in the studio. A $500 fine will be charged for violations.

• No open flames (candles, incense, or similar items) is allowed in the studio, for safety reasons.

• No liquids (water, drinks. etc.) in the shooting area, as spills can damage our backdrop.

Cleaning Fee:

We kindly ask all customers to help maintain a clean and comfortable environment for everyone. Please leave the studio as you found it. Excessive mess or dirtiness will result in a $100 cleaning fee.

Conduct:

We ask that you behave in a professional and respectful manner while in our studio. Any inappropriate or disruptive behavior may result in the termination of your session without a refund.

Pet Policy:

To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone, pet owners agree to the following terms and conditions:

• Advance Notification:

  • I will inform Momento in advance if I plan to bring a pet to the studio.

• Responsibility for Pet Behavior:

  • I understand that I am responsible for the behavior of my pet and will ensure the safety of staff or other clients.

• Pet supplies:

  • I will bring all essential supplies for my pet, such as food, water, and bedding.

• Leash or Carrier Requirement:

  • I will keep my pet on a leash or in a carrier at all times while in the studio.

• Clean-Up Duty:

  • I will promptly clean up after my pet and dispose of any waste properly.

• Damage and Cleaning Fees:

  • I acknowledge that I am responsible for any damage my pet causes to the studio or equipment and will cover any necessary cleaning or repair costs.

• Right to Refuse Service:

  • I understand that Momento reserves the right to refuse service to any pet at any time, at their discretion.

Personal Belongings:

We are not responsible for any personal belongings left in the studio. Please ensure you take all your belongings with you when you leave.

Results:

From your professional shoot, you can expect a minimum of 40% good shots. Movement can make it challenging for the camera to focus, so try pressing the shutter button once every 5 seconds for better results.

Image Upload Time:

We aim to provide access to your digital images within 10 minutes. However, upload times may vary depending on session volume and post-processing requirements.
